Celite Cynergy® is a beer stabilizing adbsorbent that filters like diatomite (kieselguhr) and cold stabilizes like silica gel, yet performs better than conventional diatomaceous earth and silica gel. When using Celite Cynergy® powder dosing rates can be reduced, resulting in longer filter run lengths (increased filtration capacity) reducing spent filter cake and less filter wash-offs, thus improving water footprint.
